LIES, DAMN LIES, AND APOSTATES
by PublishingCult intoday, there's a lot of awesome xjw's with youtube channels and websites, and discussion boards, dedicated to helping others successfully get free from the cult of the publishing corporation.
these folks have done wonderful work and make up a vast apostate army to take on the wts and their lies, and, they do so with integrity, and respect for truth.
if you are going to point your finger and call the wtbts liars, if you are going to put yourself on the line and take up the mantle of exposing those lies, and offer criticism, you should do so from the moral high ground of integrity and truthfulness.. .

i remember when i first looked at websites like this one some 10 years or so ago, i saw many posts about how the wt literature has pictures of demons in it that would make it into your mind subconciously. all i thought was, those apostates are a crazy bunch of nutcases. it took me another 3 or 4 years to start taking some of you folks serious again.
although... still a lot of nutcases around here.

I'm Starting To Understand Atheist and Evolution
by Philadelphia Ponos infor many years i was sincerely perplexed when someone told me they believed in the evolution theory or were an atheist.
i never understood how someone could ignore all the evidence for intelligent design and overlook all the holes in the evolution theory.
for example, the human biology clock is synced with the rotation of the earth, the earth is the perfect distance away from the sun to sustain life, the earth has an ozone layer to protect us from the sun's radiation, the earth naturally produces fruits and vegetables to be used for food, our bodies produce enzymes to break down the fruits and vegetables so it can nourish us, the earth produces water and oxygen, etc.

if they are good at scamming, they got a bright future ahead. you don't achieve all too much with honest work.

An argument against atheism: It's hopeless
by simon17 ini hear this critique against atheism a lot.
that its simply a hopeless way to live one's life.
believers give this argument, not passionately, but almost desicively, as if clearly a outlook they don't want for life is a wrong outlook.. is there anything you can do to reason with such ones?

having several people being able to recreate a phenomenon is sufficient provability and testability...

you don't even understand logic, so how would you understand evolution or atheism.
the argument about the earth being "the perfect distance away from the sun" actually is an argument for evolution. if god made it all, it wouldn't matter how far earth is away from the sun. "unintelligent" evolution on the other hand needs certain conditions to succeed.
same goes for all the rest of your "evidence", it's like a fox finding a random hole and thinking to himself "i perfectly fit into this hole, some intelligent designer must have created it".
atheism is not some kind of being mad at god (because of suffering etc.), that wouldn't be atheism at all, but still theism, albeit with a negative view of god. atheism simply is the lack of belief in any god, about the same as you don't believe in ra, wotan or kukulkan - because there's just not enough evidence to support this belief.
it's really simple, actually. but you'd need to learn logic first, and start using your brain, which - granted - is kinda hard when you are so used to having others think for you.

Just Tell Us In Plain English
by headisspinning inif god has instructions for sincere people why can't he just tell us what they are in plain language?.
he could do that and some people would fall in line and others wouldn't.. if i was god, that's what i would do.. as a parent, that's what i do with my kids.. i am so tired of all the guesswork..

if you don't like the idea, you don't mention it that often. and he didn't weep over capernaum and chorazin, so what. you got your raisin-jesus you just pick the raisins out of the story, that's alright with me.
